What forms of payment do we accept?

Liluna accepts the following forms of payments: iDeal, PayPal (international) and SEPA (international). All transactions will be prosessed in EUR.

What are the shipping fees?

The shipping fee depends on the size, weight and destination of the package.

The shipping fee is free within The Netherlands for all purchases over €40,-

The shipping fee is free within the European Union for all purchases over €100,-

The shipping fee is free for all international purchases over €150,-

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Expect your order to reach you within 1-2 workdays for the Netherlands.

For all international orders, you can expect your package within 4 to 14 days. 

We ship with PostNL, please keep in mind that your package may arrive later due to Covid-19. 

How do I track my order?

If you have selected shipping with track & trace, you will be able to track it. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail which will include your tracking number and a link to track your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Liluna ships through PostNL, wherever they deliver, we do too!
